COUNT PLAY — KIDS MATH LEARNING GAME
Designed a playful math learning game for kids for a UXplore community design challenge, ranked 1st among all participating designers.
Year :
2025
Industry :
Kids Learning
Client :
UXplore Community Design Challenge
Project Duration :
1 Week

Problem :
Math can feel intimidating or boring for young kids when it's presented in a plain, textbook style way. The challenge was to design an experience that made learning math genuinely fun, without losing the educational value underneath.

Solution :
I designed Count Play with a playful, colorful UI and game-like interactions, turning math practice into something that felt more like play than a lesson, built to keep kids engaged while they learn.

Challenge :
The biggest challenge was keeping the experience simple enough for young kids to use independently, while still making it visually exciting enough to hold their attention, all within a tight weekly challenge timeline.
Summary :
This was a weekly design challenge submission for the UXplore community, and it ranked 1st among all participating designers. It reflects my ability to design engaging, audience appropriate experiences quickly, even under a fast turnaround.
